Located on the ground floor of the parent company is the Veranda Lodge - as the name suggests - surrounded by an "all-round porch." As the smallest of our lodges is designed for two to three people.

An open kitchen with dining area, Dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric cooker with oven, microwave, dishes, cutlery, glassware, cookware and kitchen utensils for up to four people, coffee maker, toaster and kettle;

Living Area:

Connected living room with fireplace (we will make sure that you always find plenty of firewood), sofa bed for one persons, satellite TV, stereo system; sleeping area: bedroom with access to the veranda and window to the pond;

Bathroom:

shower, bathtub, washing machine, bed linen, towels, bath towels;

Toilet;

Storage room;

There can’t be a better place to relax after an eventful and sporting holiday, than enjoying a coffee or a glass of wine on the veranda overlooking the mountains of the Southern Limestone Alps. Spectacular sunsets are guaranteed - this is the enjoyment of life at its finest!

• excl. local tax - € 2,00 per person/day from 14 years onwards
• excl. final cleaning: Veranda/Premium Lodge: € 125,00, Champagne Lodge: € 150,00
• Additional cleaning with dog: + € 50,00
• Long-term stay of more than 21 days with deduction of 10% of the price of the stay.
• For fixed booking: deposit of 25 - 50 % of the cost of stay
• All apartments are non smoking
• Check-in: 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
• It's not allowed to bring more persons to the apartment confirmed by the booking confirmation without speaking with the landlord.

Reduction for children (only valid in additional bed):

• children up to 6 years: free
• children up to 12 years: € 15,00
