The Champagne Lodge is located on the ground floor of the second house, built in 2012 and has plenty of space for a large family or a group of friends which want to share their holidays or for those who want to fully enjoy and celebrate their life, to offer.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric cooker with oven, microwave, dishes, cutlery, glassware, cookware and utensils for up to ten people, espresso machine, toaster and kettle; large dining table for up to ten people in the connected fire hall.
Living room:
The living area is equipped with both fine antiques as well as with modern touches.
In addition, the Champagne Lodge has a fireplace hall that is impressive, stylish and cozy at the same time. Besides a large seating area in front of the fireplace the living area has also satellite TV and stereo.

three bedrooms with one double bed (one oversized 250x250); One room with twin beds, if needed there is also the possibility of two addional double beds;

Panoramic windows: This special highlight opens up the view of the large terrace.

- Long-term stay of more than 21 days with deduction of 10% of the price of the stay.
- For fixed booking: deposit of 25 - 50 % of the cost of stay
- All apartments are non smoking
- Check-in: 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
- It's not allowed to bring more persons to the apartment confirmed by the booking confirmation without speaking with the landlord.
